Ahhh..i thought day napping is good cos these days without an afternoon nap of around 30mn, it seems like i cant function well...also, i kinda have regular exercise as well...

Yeah day napping is good as long as you dt over do it. 30 min is good I think. Though, can I know what kind of exercise you do ? And when?

For good sleep Why not try developing some useful habits like : exercise regularly, meditation or deep breathing, get up early and cut down day napping? After having your brain relaxed maybe it could be helpful for reducing headache too. Oh you should also go to the doctor if it is necessary.
