Okay nah!!! I have tried using some កាវអៀក sometimes but the pain goes away only when having it on...but I also have tried having frequest rest by walking around as well so the pain is getting less now...

if you already got this pain, don't worry. it will go away on it own depend on how serious it is. Now just make sure you avoid doing heavy things and instead rest more and try massage with releived pain oil or cream and if needed some OTC medication for pain wouldn't hurt.

Been like this for weeks, no wonder I have pain all over my body esp when sleeping...what should i do?
