I have been suffered from insomnia like for a couples of week already. And I am just in my mid 20th of age. Is it a common problem? Any advices are appreciated. Thank you

Don’t stay late until midnight and try drinking milk before bed

I have difficulty forcing my self to go to sleep early than 11pm , though I may try. Thank you
