My close friend at the age of early 20 is always complaining about herself feeling depressed almost everyday. She said she would never want to do anything more and she has lost interests in doing all hobbies and eating her favourite food. I think it's been over 3 months now. Is there anything I can do or tell her to make her state becoming better?
When you find yourself feeling stressed, or are about to deal with a difficult situation, you can try :
1-Breathe in through your nose for a count of four.
2-Breathe out through your mouth for a count of five.
3-As you breathe out, consciously relax your shoulders.
