I have just read some texts and I have found some info on how long should we nap?...Hope this can be useful :)
A-10-20 mn : boost alertness, energy, make it easier to get back to your workflow
B-30 mn : make you feel groggy for 30 mn after waking up
C-60 mn : improve remembering facts, faces and names. Might feel grogginess after waking up
D-90 mn : improve emotional, procedural memory, creativity. Easier to wake up from.
